Grouping the open vectors will not resolve your issue, although joining each of them together possibly would. Based on the information you've provided, it seems as though you have a collection of open vectors, some of which are overlaying. In order to create your toolpath, you'll need to ensure that your vector artwork is closed. For example, ArtCAM Express 2015.SP4 (64-bit build 339). What build of ArtCAM Express 2015 are you working in? To confirm this, select the Help > About ArtCAM Express menu option in your ArtCAM Express software. When connecting the vectors I entered in the coordinates to be the same x and y. I even tried just connecting two curved vectors and trying to make a toolpath but I still get the same error. Any thoughts? I've spent a ridiculous amount of money on this program for it to not work. I've grouped all the vectors together (which is supposed to show errors) and everything looks fine. When I try to use the vector doctor it shows at every intersection where I made a new vector there is a problem. Whenever I try creating a toolpath I get an error message stating that two or more vectors overlap. I'm trying to create a toolpath for a simple stool.
